Whether you're here to relax or you're passionate about alpacas from the Alps, you’ll find authentic, heart-led experiences across our farm.
Can alpacas go on long hikes?

Not really. Our alpacas enjoy short to moderate walks in nature - they prefer chill strolls over mountain marathons!

Are the hikes suitable for children?

Yes! Our family-friendly alpaca walks are safe and designed to delight both young and old.

Do I need special equipment or clothing?

Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes. We'll take care of everything else!

How long does an alpaca walk take?

Most experiences last 60 minutes, depending on the group and the route. It's all about taking it slow and enjoying the moment.

Can I book a private or group tour?

Absolutely! We offer custom events for birthdays, team outings, and more. Just contact us with your wishes.

From what age can you lead an alpaca?

Children under 12 years may only lead an alpaca when accompanied by an adult.

What happens in bad weather?

In case of bad weather, we reserve the right to postpone the hike.

How can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by email or phone.

Can I take photos?

Yes, you may take as many photos as you like. Feel free to tag us on social media.

Can I bring my dog?

No, dogs must stay at home or in the car, as alpacas can get scared.
